Increasing Mental-illness among Employees and Students in Covid-era | How to deal with it?
Employees :
Now mostly affected victims by covid-19 are workers or employee of different company specially those who reside far from home in search for job. Their income of source was going down due to locked down everything. In that situation many of them survived either by govt. aid or by passive income of source. In spite of belonging to 21st century we are still lagging behind by health infrastructure. But now vaccination process is going on and govt. has announced for reopening of all the private and govt. industry.

| Increasing stress (locked in a room) |
So this is very critical situation for workers or employee who resides far from home in a mini-room or in a flat. Mental stress is increasing among them rapidly. Just because in their normal past days obviously they work hard upto 8-10 hours or even 12 hours but they got a very beautiful weekend. We all like to visit different place, explore new things, spend time with friends or maybe going to some cheer park or doing anything outdoor activity. Many of the visiting place or public park are still closed as govt. do not give any permission yet. Rather than from this a lot of thinking go on in their mind like finance issue, loosing job, health issue etc.
So many individuals are suffering, may be he/ she is your brother, sister, friends or uncle. Just stand with them, keep talking with them whenever they get time. And Company should have aware of this, maybe by putting less pressure on their employee or by talking with them. Listen, if your worker is not well, suffering from mental-illness, he/she would never give the best output, this is loss of the company itself, productivity will be go down.
Sufferers also can get rid of this mental-illness by doing some indoor activity. Their are several things to do, google different type of indoor games and start playing, talking with friends by making a call. you can also try some meditation, this will keep you staying focused, progressive and relaxed. Lets summarize,
How to get rid of mental-illness :-
- keep doing meditation
- talking with friends
- keep touch with your families
- playing some indoor games
- etc.
Students
Now we all know what a children is like to do, they are playful, crazy, always ready to explore new things but now due to covid-19 all children, youngers stuck in their home. They can't play outside, they can't host a party, they can't travel and explore... a lot of things. As a result most of them suffers boredom, anxiety, stress.
Let have a look on the data given below. It clearly says how mental-illness increasing over time due to this pandemic and youngers are affected more than others.
How to get rid of mental-illness :-
As i have said earlier, it has pros. and cons. too so we can really learn so many things but just you have to keep your brain calm and focused.
- start doing meditation, yoga
- talking with friends
- start to explore internet
- playing some indoor games
- etc.
Again i will say that when individual is suffering from anxiety or stress, if he can't get out from himself/herself, parents should have to notice and go for treatment or they can guide their children before some bad will happen.
Now in this situation undergraduates students have been facing so many problems. The students have to do their project online, yes online classes are going on but there are pros. and cons. too. Basically many of 5-9 years children are still not interested in online class. Maybe they are too young to use and if you make a visit to rural areas , usually most of them are not the user of digital platform and there children are no longer touch with study for long due to covid-19. The students have less concentration in online classes than offline classes. In practical many of them use to pass the time by accessing social media or by playing games, mainly in entertainment platform. So this will sure have an impact of our near future...
Share it as much as you can...And make a pre-awareness....
